Custom Trailers
Event & Brand Trailers
Starting around $39,900
Starting prices are informational. Your design and equipment selections determine the final cost.
We build custom event and brand activation trailers for pop-ups, sampling, product demonstrations, and mobile storefronts. Bring your brand to the customer with serving windows, display counters, storage, and finishes designed around the experience you want to create.

Define the event interaction
Sampling, merchandise pickup, product demonstrations, and food service each create different counter and storage needs. Start with what the visitor does: order, watch, receive a sample, collect a product, or ask questions. Then map how staff replenish stock without crossing the customer-facing work area.
Size for the venue as well as the trailer
Compare a 16-foot storefront concept with a longer layout for multiple service windows. Choose the footprint around display space, stock, staff access, and venue dimensions. Allow room outside the trailer for open windows, customer queues, and setup supplies.
Display and service choices
Equipment should support the event rather than overwhelm usable workspace.
- Serving windows, counters and product display
- Refrigeration or sampling equipment where the product requires it
- Protected storage for stock, signage and setup supplies
- Exterior finish, branding provisions and task lighting
Make event setup easy
Plan venue power, water, cable routing, storage, weather protection, and pack-down around the way your crew works. Food or drink service may add kitchen systems to the storefront plan.
What shapes the quote
Windows, counters, display systems, finishes, branding, refrigeration, and power options are chosen for the event experience you want to create.

Event & Brand Trailers: common questions
Can one trailer serve different campaigns?
Discuss reusable display areas, stock sizes, changing signage, and the work required between events. Keeping the underlying service layout consistent can make reuse more practical.
Can it serve food as well as display products?
Potentially, but preparation method, storage, sinks, water, ventilation, and local requirements need review. Sampling prepackaged products differs from cooking onsite.
How can the trailer support our branding?
Discuss exterior finishes, graphics, signage, display areas, and the way customers approach the counter. Our team can coordinate the trailer layout with the branding and installation scope you choose.
