Trailer Packages
Standard Turnkey
8′6″ × 16′ body
Starting at $42,500
Defined standard package with limited customization. Confirm the final specification with our team before ordering.
A fully equipped, thoughtfully planned commercial kitchen for operators whose menu fits a griddle-and-fryer line. This 8.5 × 16 package brings cooking, refrigeration, prep, washing, service, and A/C together at a strong standardized price.

A practical fit for a focused hot-food menu
Burgers, griddled sandwiches, and fried sides are useful menu directions to discuss for this package. Review the volume and sequence of each item: griddle space, fryer recovery, refrigerated ingredients, assembly, and pickup must work together. This package does not fit every menu, and a specialized baking, smoker, or beverage operation may need a custom layout.
Included cooking, prep and service features
The standard kitchen includes the core equipment needed for a focused hot-food operation:
- 8.5 × 16 trailer body with a 72 × 36 serving window
- 36-inch griddle and two 40-lb fryers
- 78-inch hood with fire suppression
- 29-inch refrigerator and 27-inch refrigerated sandwich prep
- Prep/worktables, 3-compartment sink, hand sink, utilities, and A/C
Optional equipment and excluded costs
A generator is not included. Specialty appliances outside the listed griddle-and-fryer configuration require separate discussion, fit review, and pricing. Tax, title/registration, and delivery charges are additional. Do not assume that an appliance pictured in conceptual artwork or needed for your menu is included unless it appears in the confirmed written specification.
Built for a focused service line
The griddle, fryers, cold storage, prep space, and serving window are coordinated to help a small team move from ingredients to pickup. It is a compelling option for burgers, sandwiches, fried sides, and similar menus, but it is not designed to fit every concept.
A smarter way to start
Standardization avoids the time and cost of designing every element from scratch. You get a defined, equipped kitchen with the same construction-quality commitment as a custom build. Specialty equipment or a different cooking method may call for custom planning.
Standardization and its limits
Repeatable designs and limited equipment/layout choices create value without reducing construction standards. Keeping the core griddle-and-fryer arrangement makes planning more predictable. Changing the cooking method, hood, appliance line, or service pattern can change the scope and price; a custom trailer may be a better fit.
Standard Turnkey: common questions
Does turnkey mean it fits every menu?
No. It is built around a griddle-and-fryer service line. Bring your menu to Build & Price so we can help you choose the right path.
Can I replace the fryers with specialty equipment?
Ask the team to review your menu and requested equipment. Substitutions may change ventilation, utilities, layout, and pricing rather than qualify as an interchangeable package choice.
Does the starting figure cover delivery and a generator?
No generator is included. Tax, title/registration, and delivery charges are additional. Confirm the complete scope and applicable charges in your written quote.
How do I know whether my menu fits?
Share the menu, expected service volume, cooking steps, ingredient storage, and venue utility information. A designer can review bottlenecks and determine whether the package or a custom kitchen makes more sense.
